Looks like Marc received a 50K bump in base salary in 2017.
$500K vs $450K in 2016

Not sure where you got the 510 instead of 500, but that's a minor point - total comp. inc. cash bonuses, stock comp., etc for Hedrick in 2017 was 846 versus 753 in 2016 - Tiago, 475 versus 410 ---- disgraceful for sure.

They further adjusted salaries...upwards of course.
Giaro and Harris also got upward bumps but much smaller

Yes, I see the additional $10,000 is from a hired Marsh & McLennan evaluation analysis of fairness considering peer companies - they should have instead considered performance over the years and the 510 would have been zero!
